We no longer have access to the old password database since our previous provider went down.
We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but if you wish to make any future purchases you will need to create a new account with us. We understand that this is inconvenient and we appreciate your return custom.
The new account sign up process will take part at the checkout stage of your new purchase. So if you go through the purchase process you will be presented with a screen where you can re-enter your details and choose a new password etc.
By creating a new account you will be able to save your basket, check previous orders and accrue loyalty points which you can redeem at a later date. (Details will be provided in the new year)
If you have created an account with the new site already, then there is a customer log in box on the top right of the home page, or you can do this at the checkout stage also.
You do not need to have an account to search the site or browse through the categories.
